A prayer for a trucker wife

Dear Lord above please watch over my wife at home

Help her not to feel so alone

Try and help her not to worry

Even though they want me to hurry

Try to keep her safe from harm

'Til I get home and she's safe in my arms

Keep her safe on those endless nights

I know that you will do what's right

Thoughts of her keep me going

As I drive through the night

Keep her Lord within your sight

Lord I hope you hear this prayer for my wife

'Cause I want her with me for the rest of my life.
