WIFE:
My husband is a trucker, in case you couldn't tell by my blog. We have been together for over 10 years and married for 7 of them. He is my best friend, my soul mate.
MOMMY:
I'm the mother to a wonderful daughter who is 5 Years old. She's attends kindergarten at a local private Montessori school. She is the light of my life. When I have spare time it is usually spent at gymnastics, the library, or cuddling on the couch with her.
ACCOUNTANT:
My away from home job is an accountant for a small IT company. We are a small company that is growing, even in this strained economy.
STUDENT:
I just recently went back to school to finish my degree. I have one and a half semesters left before I am done with this round. I am taking a full load right now but it will be worth it in the long run.
OWNER/ADMINISTRATOR:
I'm the owner/administrator of www.marriedtoatrucker.com . MtaT is a support website for trucker wives such as myself. We have a active membership of over 300 women. Come check us out!
and FRIEND:
I may not have a large group of friends IRL however I do have a few close ones who I can count on and I know they count on me. I do consider many online friends as my family. Some I have known for years and know more about me than even me sometimes....

I enjoyed visiting your blog today. I can relate, I've been a truckers wife for over 18 years (plus, 2 years before marriage). We're best friends, too and fortunately, he's now a local trucker. *big smile*

I really enjoyed reading over your blog and you have a cute little girl. I, too am a trucker's wife. We have been together going on 4 years and just got married last July, so we are still newlyweds. I can totally relate to what it's like to be home a lot while he's out on the road. I think what you are doing by reaching out to the rest of us is great, so thank you for that. I am following your blog. My husband just became an owner/operator, but a company driver for 15 years. I have a son who is a Senior in high school and he has a 12 yr. old son who lives with his mom and step-dad, but we have him in the Summers, just to tell you a little bit about myself.
